Palworld will have you roaming around in search of strange and powerful creatures, as well as a bunch of resources. Naturally, there will be instances when your gear pieces suffer from a lot of wear and tear. Here's our guide on how to repair your Palworld items.

How to repair items in Palworld

First, you need to build the Repair Bench. For that you have to unlock it by spending a point in the Technology menu. Once you've done that, select a suitable area where you can construct it.

Bear in mind that the Repair Bench does require 10x Wood and 10x Stone for it to be fully built. Pals assigned to your base can also help you with the process.

The Repair Bench can take a while to get constructed, but the Pals assigned to your base should be able to lend aid.

Once you have a Repair Bench, interact with it and select a damaged weapon, armor, or tool. You'll then see the cost of materials needed to fix the item. There are also a couple of benefits to this:

  • You don't need as many resources when repairing an item compared to crafting it. For example, the Cloth Outfit requires 2x Cloth to craft, but only 1x Cloth to repair.
  • The repair process is a lot faster compared to when you initially crafted the item.
It's cheaper and faster to repair damaged items than to craft replacements.

This is how you repair items in Palworld. Hopefully, you'll be ready for more challenges as you progress further on your journey. Speaking of items and tools, we've also got a guide on the best early-game weapons so you'll know which ones to craft.

Wide-open expanses, unique biomes, and even stranger creatures await you in Palworld. You can learn more about the game in our guides hub.
