Oxygen Interactive today announced that it will publish Conspiracy: Weapons of Mass Destruction in March 2005 for the PC, PlayStation 2, and Xbox. Since Oxygen publishes only in Europe, no American release date has been set for the just-announced title.

Developed by Kuju, creator of Fire Warrior and Lotus Challenge, the game follows a rugged Secret Service agent--appropriately named Cole Justice--on his final assignment. A rogue government agency, code-named "Hydra," has been manufacturing weapons of mass destruction with the intent to sell them to terrorist operations around the globe. Players will assume the role of Justice, and take on the job of eliminating the threat and preserving world order.

The title will feature levels set around the globe, including outposts in the Arctic circle and in Aztec ruins. Conspiracy: Weapons of Mass Destruction, which will run on the Fire Warrior engine, will feature an arsenal that includes submachine guns, sniper rifles, and rocket launchers.

GameSpot will have more information on Conspiracy: Weapons of Mass Destruction as it becomes available.
