Overwatch's Next Hero Isn't Who You Think
24th Hero is someone unexpected, apparently.
Overwatch's 24th Hero has been the subject of much intrigue, with many supposing it will be Doomfist, a name mentioned multiple times in-game.
However, Overwatch director Jeff Kaplan has addressed the rumors by writing on the game's forum, "24 is not who you think it is." Of course, this doesn't mean that Doomfist won't be in the game, simply that the next hero may not be this specific character.
The rumors that Doomfist will come to the game soon have been circling for some time now. Actor and presenter Terry Crews even started a campaign to let him voice Doomfist, saying he would "love to play Doomfist." The Rock has also lent his support to the campaign, tweeting, "Fans would luv it."

Other DLC characters to be added to Overwatch include the hacker Sombra and sniper Ana. More are coming, according to Kaplan: "We have multiple new heroes being worked on right now plus numerous events and event-related content."
The latest update tweaks the way Roadhog's hook works. Other heroes including D.Va and Mercy have also been the subject of change.
