Most of these changes are things we've seen in recent weeks on the PC version's public test realm. Some of these come in the form of nerfs: Ana's Biotic Rifle loses some of its damage (dropping from 80 to 60); Bastion's damage resistance in Sentry or Tank form drops (going from 35 percent less damage to 20); and Zarya's barriers no longer protect against knockback (undoing a change from a recent patch).

Others are buffs, as Zenyatta's alt-fire loses its weapon spread and has a reduced cooldown (going from 1 second to 0.6); the cooldown on Winston's Barrier Projector now starts when it's activated, rather than when it expires; and Junkrat's explosions no longer cause self-damage. Sombra also sees several tweaks: Translocator's cooldown has been reduced, her teammates can see hacked health packs through walls, and enemies will need to be closer to hear her entering or exiting stealth.

Orisa and character changes represent the bulk of today's patch, though there are some other adjustments. For instance, in Competitive Play, Route 66 now provides attackers with an extra minute after reaching the first checkpoint, which Blizzard says matches how things work on other Escort maps. Match statistics and the Profile page also now track how much increase damage was done by a player receiving Mercy's buff.

You can check out the full patch notes on Blizzard's forums. Future changes may include a major adjustment to Lucio that's now in testing on the PTR.
