If you're a PlayStation fan, you won't want to miss this. The first Official US PlayStation Magazine has hit store shelves. The magazine, published by Ziff-Davis' Video Game Group, takes the place of its earlier PSX magazine, complete with the same staff but with an all-new look - and Wataru Maruyama at the helm as Editor-in-Chief.

For the US$7.99 price tag you get a 150-page magazine and a demo disc, with playable demos of PaRappa the Rapper, Intelligent Qube, Fighting Force, and Ace Combat 2. Non-playable demos include Tomb Raider 2 and GameDay '98.

No other PlayStation magazine in the US is officially licensed by Sony, or has a demo disc. The magazine is chock full of reviews, previews, and strategies for the latest and greatest PlayStation titles (and an excellent comic with Mia of THQ's Vs. game)

The magazine will be appearing in stores early next week, but some retailers have already received copies - Electronics Boutique among them. Check it out, you won't be disappointed!
