Obsidian Entertainment co-owner doing keynote for Montreal International Games Summit 2013
Chris Avellone is also the narrative designer for upcoming Kickstarter-funded RPG Project Eternity.
The upcoming Montreal International Game Summit will feature Obsidian Entertainment co-owner Chris Avellone as a keynote speaker, according to a press release.
Avellone will be talking about the benefits and challenges of Kickstarter and crowd-sourced projects, as well as discuss game development methods throughout the industry. He is currently serving as the narrative designer for the upcoming RPG Project Eternity. The Kickstarter campaign for the game has raised $3,986,929, surpassing the original goal of $1,100,000.
MIGS 2013 will be held at the Montreal Convention Center on November 11 to 12. Guests conducting panels for the event include Naughty Dog's lead cinematic animator David Lam and Zenimax's script producer Alex Horn.
