NVidia CEO Named Entrepreneur of the Year

Jen-Hsun Huang honored by annual Ernst & Young awards for his contribution to nVidia's growth.

Last Friday, nVidia's president and CEO, Jen-Hsun Huang, was named the Entrepreneur of the Year - High Technology by Ernst & Young LLP for his achievement in taking nVidia from a startup company in 1993 to one of the leaders in the consumer graphics industry today.

Under Huang, nVidia has seen a 444 percent growth in revenues since 1997 and currently distributes its popular TNT2 chipset to numerous board vendors and systems integrators worldwide.

Prior to founding nVidia, Huang worked for several prominent Silicon Valley companies including LSI Logic and AMD.
