Colin McRae ships for the PlayStation 2 and Tube Sliders heads out for the GameCube.
Codemasters has announced that the PlayStation 2 version of Colin McRae Rally 3 has been shipped to retail outlets in North America. In the game, players will get to take on the role of world-renowned rally driver Colin McRae and drive his Ford Focus rally car through the game's career mode. The game also features a number of other playable vehicles, including the Mitsubishi Evo 7 and the Subaru Impreza 44S. Codemasters has also announced that Pro Race Driver has shipped for the Xbox and PC.
Meanwhile, NEC has announced that Tube Slider for the GameCube has been shipped. The game was developed by NDCube, the development team behind F-Zero: Maximum Velocity for the Game Boy Advance, and it focuses on hovercraft that speed along futuristic tube-shaped tracks. Tube Slider features grand prix and free run modes, as well as a tutorial and four-player split-screen multiplayer options.
