This year's 18th Annual IGF Awards will be hosted by Capybara Games (Super Time Force, Below) co-founder and president Nathan Vella. The awards show takes place as part of the Game Developers Conference on Wednesday, March 16, at the Moscone Convention Center in San Francisco.

The Game Developers Choice Awards will also take place that evening, though finalists have not yet been announced.

Last year's IGF Grand Prize winner was Outer Wilds. Mojang's Minecraft won the top prize in 2011.

I didn't even know Superhot was out. Also, I heard something on a podcast that makes me wonder why isn't Witcher 3 on this list.

@Attitude2000: SUPERHOT isn't out, it's only been released to a closed alpha and it makes no sense being up for awards. I played the alpha, and it's still a neat concept, but waaay to early to be casting final judgment on it. It should only be considered for next year's awards.

It's not even a contest. If Undertale doesn't win then the IGF really is as corrupt as we know it is.

Undertale should win everything, including the categories it's not nominated in.
