No New Skylanders Console Game Coming This Year

There will not be a new Skylanders console game this year, Activision announced today during its latest earnings call. However, a new mobile game is on the way this year.

This game was confirmed during the call but no details about it were mentioned.

The latest Skylanders console game is Skylanders Imaginators. It came out in 2016 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and Wii U. It comes out on March 3 for the Nintendo Switch as a launch title.
