The Sega Genesis games list grows to 40 on Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack with the arrival of four new games. Pulseman, from Pokemon developer Game Freak, and Super Street Fighter II: Special Champion Edition are the big-name titles this time.

Joining them are Kid Chameleon and Flicky for Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack subscribers. The former is a 2D platformer with a "story of someone too tough to beat." Meanwhile, Flicky was originally an arcade game that came to Genesis later. Players take on the role of a blue bird who must save baby birds from cats and lizards.

The last time Nintendo added new Genesis games to the premium subscription service was back in December. Just like now, four titles were added to Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack: Golden Axe 2, Alien Storm, Columns, and Virtua Fighter 2.

Game Boy Advance titles also came to Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack earlier this year. Nintendo started the handheld lineup off with a bang, by offering up Mario Kart Super Circuit, Mario and Luigi: Superstar Saga, and The Legend of Zelda: Minish Cap.

Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack costs $50 annually for a single person, while the family plan for the premium service jumps up to $80 a year. In addition to Genesis and Game Boy Advance titles, it also features Nintendo 64 games and bonus DLC, like the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Booster Course Pass.

The standard Nintendo Switch Online subscription is available for $20 annually (or $35 for a family plan). This option doesn't include Genesis, Game Boy Advance, or Nintendo 64 games.
