Nintendo releases fix for game-breaking Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze 3-3 bug
Game-breaking bug probably wasn't the Tropical Freeze Nintendo had in mind.

Nintendo has released a fix for a game-breaking Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze bug.
The rare issue would sometimes kick in after completing level 3-3, Frantic Fields, and would not open the path to level 3-4, making it impossible to progress further in Nintendo's latest platformer.
The fix can be downloaded by starting the game while your Wii U is connected to the Internet. If the correct update is successfully applied, the game version will be 1.1.0.
Affected by the bug already? Applying the update will now allow you to continue.
