Nier Replicant Preorder Bonuses, Editions, And Release Date

Nier Replicant releases on PS4, Xbox One, and PC this month, and there's still time to preorder.

A remastered take of the 2010 PS3 game Nier, Nier Replicant is releasing in just a couple of weeks on April 23 in North America. Ahead of that date, you can preorder multiple editions of the game for PS4, Xbox One, and PC, including a pricey White Snow edition that's still in stock ahead of launch.

Officially titled Nier Replicant ver. 1.22474487139, the remaster has a fairly substantial visual overhaul, including new animations that will bring it closer to the look of its successor Nier Automata. Based on the trailer, it appears Nier Replicant will remain authentic to the original with regards to gameplay. Those who played the original Western version of Nier will experience a slightly different story this time around. Instead of playing as a father seeking a cure for his daughter's inexplicable disease, you'll play as her brother, which mirrors the premise of Nier Replicant's original release (previously only playable in Japanese).
