It becomes EA Access' 17th free game, joining the likes of Dragon Age: Inquisition, Madden NFL 16, Battlefield 4, Battlefield Hardline, and Titanfall. The latest new addition before this was Plants vs. Zombies, which was the first backwards-compatible Xbox 360 game added to the lineup.

These are the full versions of the games, and they are playable for as long as your subscription is active. There is no set schedule for when new games will join the program. EA has also pledged never to remove any of the free games.

EA Access is available for $5 per month or $30 per year. Other perks include early access to upcoming games and a 10 percent discount on EA digital content.

A similar subscription service called Origin Access is available on PC. It also currently has more than a dozen free games available to members, though the offerings are different than what's available on EA Access for Xbox One.
