Next Xbox One Backwards-Compatible Game Revealed

The Xbox One's backwards compatibility program has added another game. Microsoft'ss Larry "Major Nelson" Hryb has announced that Xbox 360's Xbox Live Arcade title Carcassonne has joined the lineup.

Originally released in 2007 and published by Microsoft, Carcassonne is a video game version of the German board game of the same name. The medieval strategy game supports 1-4 players locally or 2-5 online. You can read GameSpot's Carcassonne review here.

Carcassonne sells for $10 and you can grab it right here on Xbox.com.

Before Carcassone, the latest game to join the Xbox One's backwards compatibility program was Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved, which arrived last week. There are more than 130 games in the lineup currently, and more will be added on an ongoing basis.
