Command & Conquer 3 maps arrive on Xbox Live
Electronic Arts is stoking the flames of Command & Conquer 3's Tiberium Wars, as the publisher has made available a new wave of downloadable content for the Xbox 360 real-time strategy game. Fans can now download a free Ground Zero map, a five-map pack for 500 Microsoft points ($6.25), and a free video with developer hints on how to handle the new battlefields.

Crave saddles up with Pro Bull Riders
The "toughest sport on dirt" is coming to the world of games, courtesy of Crave Entertainment. The publisher today announced that it has picked up the Professional Bull Riders (PBR) license for a game on multiple platforms. Crave is currently planning to have that title on shelves sometime in the fall of 2008.

Midway details Stranglehold Xbox 360 special edition
Last month, Midway Games announced a PlayStation 3 Collector's Edition of the John Woo-inspired Stranglehold that would come with Woo's opus Hard-Boiled on the Blu-ray disc. Today the company announced the goodies to be included with the Collector's Edition for the Xbox 360 version of the game. While there's no full-length film to watch, Xbox 360 owners will be getting a second disc with a behind-the-scenes documentary on the game, extended cutscenes, and more. The Xbox 360 Collector's Edition will retail for $69.95 when the game is released this August.

Alien Hominid gets new PDA levels, gamer pics
The Behemoth has released a steady stream of content for its 2D side-scrolling shoot-'em-up since its release on Xbox Live Arcade earlier this year, and another batch of offerings has hit the Marketplace's new arrivals section. Gamers can now download PDA Classic Pack 2, a collection of 100 more Behemoth-developed levels for the game's PDA mode, for 150 Microsoft points ($1.87). Two new picture packs are also available for the game--the Classic Picture Pack 2 and Creator Series collection--each going for 100 Microsoft points ($1.25).
