New York Comic-Con Complete Show Wrap-Up

The New York Comic-Con has come and gone, but thanks to the wonders of the Internet, our coverage remains archived and ready for you to devour. We saw lots of games--some familiar, and some that caught us purely by surprise. A good mix of games made it to the show, not just the usual list of comic-licensed titles. Here's a recap of everything we saw, wrote about, and recorded on video.

New York Comic-Con Video Tour and Pictures
On the first day of the show, Ricardo, Dan Chiappini and I took the time to walk around the showfloor describing what was going on in the form of a video tour. (Watch that one if only to see what happens when an Australian tries to play 360 with foam Wolverine claws.)

The next day, I took my digital camera and ran around the show floor snapping pictures to give you an idea of what the event felt like. And just for fun, I threw in a picture of a Storm Trooper eating lunch. If there was any image that could fully encapsulate the entire show, that was it.

Hands-On Previews and Impressions
We've got a lot of coverage from all three days of the show, so let's go in backwards order incase you've already been paying attention. Here's what we've put up since the show ended:

• Overlord 2 Video Tour - We took a tour through the sequel to this comical light strategy game.
• DC Universe Online -Of course Sony had to show off their big Superhero title at Comic-Con. (Story coming shortly)

And here's what we put up after the second day of the show:

• Marble Saga: Korinpa Impressions and Video - Mii torture at its most charming.
• Jumpgate Evolution - An intergalactic dogfighting MMO with customizable spaceships. Color me interested.
  
• Dragonball: Evolution Hands-On - The upcoming game based on the upcoming movie.
  
• Sonic and the Black Knight Hands-On - Sonic is back, and this time he's wielding medieval weaponry.
  
• Overlord Dark Legend Impressions - Overlord is also making its way to the Wii. Here's Ricardo's impressions.

• DC Universe Online Q&A: Marv Wolfman - We talk to the writer behind this highly anticipated MMO.
  
• X-Men Origins: Wolverine Hands-On - In this game, you can stick an enemy's head into spinning helicopter blades. Yes please!
• Prototype Hands-On Impressions - Run around slicing people apart with sword that is also your arm.
• Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2 Update: Civil War - Fuse your powers together with this collection of superheroes.
• Bit Trip Beat - Pong meets Rez in our unofficial game of the show.
  
• Unbound Saga First Impressions - Dark Horse is publishing a PSP game? Have a look.
• Mad World Advocacy - We get a boatload of video for this stylized murder-thon on the Wii.
  
• Splatterhouse First Impressions - We finally take a look at this sequel to the classic horror beat-em-up.
  
• The Legend of Han Tao - Cheesy kung fu is the name of the game in this tongue-in-cheek brawler.
  
• Battlefield 1943 Hands-On - We have a look at the new downloadable Battlefield game.
