look at all the sad trolls. i cant wait for november 7th when amazon delivers my scorpio.

This is the first console I am not going out to buy on day one in a very long time. I mean cool! X1X has power! What I am getting at is, I don't plan on going back and replaying much in 4K on the X1X outside of K.I. and maybe one or two others. Exclusives would have made me jump all over this. I will get one. But not near release day. Anything I really truly play on X1, I already 4k through the PC.

all rants, and shit aside, thing about the xbox is, there's nothing really in the future, cept. yet another halo / gears / horizon, having the ability to play old games doesn't really mean anything to me, it's just a multiplat box really, and my pc does that job. ps4 isn't that much better mind, but between bloodborne, tlou 1&2 god of war, days gone, horizon zero dawn and nioh, there's some serious shit there, games that are great, that inspire other games to try by word of mouth, as opposed to waiting for ubisoft's next open world snorefest or activision's next shitty loot box fps. pc is just shitty indie games, i want stalker 2 damnit.

@7tizz: Yeah and they have a huge surplus, not like they're going anywhere. And they play all the same games as the S, and FAT Xbox...all the games still have the same outcome, same new UI. Just like the Pro the excitement will die off once you see it's nothing that special, but in this case has MUCH less to play on it than PS4. :) I got an S for 199$ at Wally World...perfectly fine with it on my 4K TV. NICE upscaling!!

No point in getting the "most powerful console" if there's just a bunch of crap games to play, it's like having a Ferrari and live in New York. We said it already, just a small percent of players cares about resolution and fps, the rest of us just need awesome games.

The Xbox One X is the best option for any gamer that doesn't have a PC. I am predominately a PC gamer and my PC is more powerful than the X, but I still preordered it because it's awesome. It's the most powerful console for sure, but the fact that I can play my 360 library on the Xbox One for free is amazing compared to what I get on PS4. Now they are going to offer original Xbox games too. Couple that with the best online service, the best controller, PC-cross play, and awesome games like Gears of War, Forza, and Halo and it's simply the best in my book. I like my PS4 and I like my Nintendo, but Xbox finally figured out what I've enjoyed about PC for a long time and that's continuity of my games library.
