New Trailer For Andy Samberg's Time Loop Comedy Palm Springs Has Arrived
The upcoming movie for Hulu has a full trailer, which sees Samberg and Cristin Milioti stuck in the same day.
Although the upcoming Andy Samberg comedy Palm Springs debuted at the Sundance Film Festival earlier this year, it's getting a release on Hulu on July 10. And now, a new trailer for the upcoming film has arrived.
Starring Samberg and Cristin Milioti, Palm Springs follows a duo who get trapped in a time loop--much like Groundhog Day, Edge of Tomorrow, and Happy Death Day--and attempt to escape each other and the wedding taking place at the venue they are stuck at. It's a bit of a new take on the established genre, so check out the hilarious trailer below.

The film also features J.K. Simmons (Whiplash, Spider-Man), Peter Gallagher (The O.C., American Beauty), Camila Mendes (Riverdale), and more. Palm Springs has received a lot of critical acclaim, earning an 83 on Metacritic--GameSpot's sister site.
In GameSpot's review of Palm Springs, Rafael Motamayor said, "The time loop story has been persistently repeated over numerous genres across the years, from Edge of Tomorrow to Happy Death Day. But the Lonely Island's Palm Springs tweaks the formula enough to deliver a hilarious and moving take that shows the concept isn't as tired as you might have thought."
