Spider-Man: Homecoming hits theaters on July 7. The movie stars Tom Holland as Peter Parker, with Michael Keaton as the Vulture, Marisa Tomei as Aunt May, and Bokeem Woodbine as Shocker. Robert Downey Jr will appear as Tony Stark, and there are also roles for Donald Glover and Zendaya. A trailer was released in December--check it out here.

In a recent interview with Movieweb, Holland explained how Spidey will differ from the other heroes in the Marvel universe. "You've seen the billionaire, the scientist, the soldier," he said. "Now it's time to see the kid. And every decision we make on set is based off how would a kid react in this situation, so every fight scene we have is designed in a way that's almost child-friendly, so he never actually punches anyone. It's all done kind of by accident. I think the biggest difference is his youth and innocence."

While the film will not debut until the summer, there are already talks of a sequel. Although Sony has the movie rights to the character, the company partnered with Marvel for the new franchise, which led to the character's appearance in 2016's Captain America: Civil War.
