New Sims expansion: Hot Date

Electronic Arts officially announced today that it will release a new expansion for The Sims this fall, The Sims Hot Date. The expansion will add new characters and objects and a new downtown area complete with restaurants, shops, and parks. Players will be able to match their sims with others using an in-game dating service or by simply asking other sims out on dates and taking them to the appropriate areas. While on the date, the sims can perform new actions that fall in line with the theme of the expansion, like flirting or talking about interesting subjects in the sims' native language.
