The PS4 doesn't have its own official Elite controller like the Xbox One does, but that doesn't mean you can't get a great one from a third-party manufacturer. Scuf Gaming makes some of the best PS4 controllers out there, offering a wide range of customization, and now the company has revealed the latest designs for its PS4 pads. 13 new designs are now available for the company's Infinity 4PS Pro and Impact controllers.

The Scuf Infinity 4PS Pro starts at $160, while the Scuf Impact starts at $170. This gets you the controller and its included paddles. However, if you want to remap them with the electromagnetic remapping key, you'll need to spend an extra $10. Triggers with stops or digital switches cost extra as does military-grade or high-performance grip.

The Scuf Infinity 4PS Pro resembles the official DualShock 4 in its shape and size. However, Scuf offers a number of improvements, including back paddles, grips, and digital tap triggers. Typically, Scuf has offered trigger stops that let you shorten the distance of the trigger's pull. This year the company debuted its new digital tap system, which turns trigger and bumper presses into clicks similar to a gaming mouse. This makes your inputs much faster, especially if you're firing a semi-automatic or single-shot gun like a pistol or marksman rifle.

The Scuf Impact can be upgraded with all of the same improvements that are available for the Infinity 4PS Pro. The main difference is the size and shape of the Impact. It features the same analog stick layout, though it comes in at a slightly larger size and slightly different shape.
