Today, Strategy First sent us a group of new screenshots from its upcoming railroad management strategy game, Rails Across America. The new screens display some of the different areas that will appear in the game, including Los Angeles, New York City, Cadiz, and Raleigh, as well as a map of the Southeastern US and a scoreboard screen.

In the game, players will assume the role of a railroad baron in North America during the 1870s. They must manage a fleet of engines, oversee the expansion of their empire, and decide when to raise and lower prices. In addition, players can initiate stock raids, investigations, and sabotage to undermine their opponents.

Rails Across America is in development at Flying Lab Software and is scheduled for release in September. For more information, take a look at our previous coverage of the game.
