New screens: Island Thunder

Ubi Soft has released new screenshots of Island Thunder, the second expansion pack for Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon. The add-on takes place in the year 2009 in Cuba, and it tasks players with taking out a druglord using a squad of elite US Army Green Berets. The single-player campaign will take place on several locations across the island as players are forced to deal with rebel insurgencies and mercenary attacks. The add-on contains eight single-player missions, 12 new weapons, and two new multiplayer modes.

Ghost Recon: Island Thunder is scheduled for release in late September or early November. We'll have more details as they become available. In the meantime, take a look at the latest batch of screenshots.
