New screens: Gore

Nebraska-based game developer 4D Rulers has released a new group of screenshots from its upcoming first-person shooter, Gore. The new screenshots reflect some of the latest improvements that have been added to the game, including dynamic lighting effects, more detailed character models, and enhanced texture maps.

Gore takes place in three distinct worlds--medieval Earth, postapocalyptic Earth, and an alien planet--and it features indoor, outdoor, and low-gravity environments. The game uses Slam Software's AMP 3D game development system in combination with a proprietary artificial intelligence that lets non-player characters learn from prior experiences.
