Take a look at NovaLogic's upcoming helicopter simulation.

Comments

NovaLogic today sent us a new group of screenshots from its upcoming helicopter combat simulation, Comanche 4. The new screens show off several views of the helicopters that will appear in the game, along with looks at some of the game's different environments.

Comanche 4 is based on the Boeing-Sikorsky RAH-66, the US Army's advanced armed reconnaissance helicopter. It features a variety of missions, including reconnaissance, ground attack, and air-to-air combat scenarios, and it will focus on action rather than technical flying so that players will be able to concentrate on combat. In addition, the game will feature a full 3D cockpit, realistic rotor wash effects, and an arsenal of weapons, including 20mm cannons, 70 mm rockets, AIM-9 Stinger missiles, and AGM-114 Hellfire missiles. The game will also feature multiplayer support for up to 32 players over the Internet.

Comanche 4 is scheduled for release near the end of the year. For more information, take a look at our in-depth preview of the game.
