New Operation Flashpoint movie and screens

Codemasters today released new video footage from its upcoming tactical-action game, Operation Flashpoint. The game is set in the Cold War-era Soviet Union. Players will assume the role of a NATO soldier on a peacekeeping mission, and they will undertake a number of missions involving ground-based combat and combat from air and land vehicles. Depending on their success, characters will advance in rank.

Operation Flashpoint is in development at Bohemia Interactive, and it is scheduled for release this summer. For more information, take a look at our previous coverage of the game.
