New media: Wave Rally

Eidos Interactive has released the second batch of screenshots from its upcoming Jet Ski racing game, Wave Rally. The PlayStation 2 version of the game, shown in the screenshots, has improved significantly since the last time it was shown. The character models are smoother, the environments are more detailed, and the water seems more realistic in these new screens. Wave Rally consists of four primary modes of play. They are championship, arcade, freestyle, and two-player head-to-head. The races and tracks in the game are set in a variety of locations around the world.

Developed by Opus Corporation, the game will be released in Q4 2001 for the PS2.
