New media: TransWorld Surf

Infogrames' TransWorld-licensed line of extreme sports products is being developed exclusively on the Microsoft Xbox. The lineup includes TransWorld Surf, TransWorld Snowboarding, and TransWorld Skateboarding. Today, we have new screenshots from the surfing game, many of which highlight the game's impressive water effects. In addition to the impressive visuals, the game features 10 real-life surf spots, 13 professional surfers, and licensed boards and surf gear. The ultimate objective in the game is to be noticed by the media and featured on the cover of TransWorld Surf magazine.

TransWorld Surf is currently on schedule for release this November for the Microsoft Xbox. The game is somewhat of a departure for its developer, Angel Studios, which has created such driving games as Midtown Madness, Smuggler's Run, and Test Drive Off-Road Wide Open.
