New media: Gran Turismo 3 A-spec

Sony has released new shots from Gran Turismo 3 A-spec for the PlayStation 2. The shots exhibit the new arcade-influenced rally mode, which is much faster than the normal gameplay mode. The screens also show off the excellent environmental effects used for dust and rain. In the rally mode, the dust kicked up has the ability to blind other drivers. The reflection routines used for the wet pavement are also particularly impressive.

Gran Turismo 3 A-spec for the PlayStation 2 is currently scheduled for release in mid-April.
