New media: Extermination

SCEA has released new screenshots from Extermination for the Sony PlayStation 2. The game is being developed by Deep Space, which is made up of programmers and artists who have previously worked on Capcom's Resident Evil series. However, Sony promises that Extermination will be more action-oriented than games like Resident Evil while maintaining the shock elements of those games. Extermination will be released on March 8 in Japan. A North American release is set for July.
