New Look: Jedi Power Battles

Take a new look at the upcoming arcade-action Star Wars game in the works for the PlayStation.

Comments

Fans of last year's Star Wars: Episode 1 movie take notice: LucasArts has released some new media on its Jedi Power Battles game in the works for the PlayStation. These new screens and video files show off some of the action that gamers can expect to see in the game. Also, they give a good indication of the variety of environments and situations that you'll come across as you battle the Sith and the Trade Federation enemies.

The game lets you choose from five Jedi characters - Qui-Gon Jinn, Obi-Wan Kenobi, or Jedi Council members Mace Windu, Plo Koon or Adi Gallia. The movies let you see how these characters have successfully been modeled and rendered to move and behave like their big-screen counterparts.

Star Wars: Episode I Jedi Power Battles is currently on track for a release this May. The game will let two players jump in on the action at once.
