New Level 5 game announcement

According to an update to its site, Level 5--the developer behind Dark Cloud for the PlayStation 2--is working on a new game. Unfortunately, there aren't any details on or images from the game available, except for the silhouette of a character from the game. An announcement regarding the game is expected within the next few weeks.

In Dark Cloud, players take on the role of a boy named Toan who must help rebuild his village, which was destroyed by an evil wizard named Dark Genie. Like Actraiser for the Super Nintendo, Dark Cloud mixes traditional action RPG elements with a city building mode that lets players determine where they want certain buildings to go while they rebuild the village.
