We take Ratbag's latest driving game for a quick test drive.

We recently received an early build of Ratbag's new dirt track racing game, Leadfoot. Leadfoot gives players the opportunity to race five different types of vehicles--including sports trucks and super lites--on 12 different stadium dirt tracks. Each track is filled with bumps, small hills, and hairpin turns, and the outcome of the race can be affected dramatically if players make one small error. Vehicles can also be damaged by collisions with walls or other cars, and that damage can affect the way the player's vehicle performs during the race. In addition to the basic race modes, Leadfoot features an extensive career mode where players participate in 180 events in an effort to become the world champion.

Leadfoot is scheduled for release in May.
