New Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom Video Shows The Movie's Real Action Hero, And It's Not Chris Pratt

Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom releases on Blu-ray on September 18.

Sure, Chris Pratt might be the highest-billed star in Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom and he finds himself in the middle of several big action scenes featuring dinosaurs, villains, rain, guns, and quite a few more wrinkles that make things difficult. As it turns out, though, he's not the true action star of that movie.

As you can see in a special video from the movie's Blu-ray release, which is debuting exclusively on GameSpot, it's actually young Isabella Sermon, who plays Maisie Lockwood, who's the real hero. In the clip, the young actress is preparing for what is likely her most impressive moment in the film. "I've rehearsed for the big stunt, which is Maisie sliding down a massive glass roof," she says. "This morning we practiced actually on the set, where Maisie's climbing along the roof and the Indoraptor smashes out of a window."

Now Playing: Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom - Exclusive 'Rooftop Stunts' Behind-The-Scenes Clip

In the finished film, this particular moment is pretty thrilling as the stormy night creates complications. As shown in the video, though, things were much more controlled on set, as the mansion was actually built inside of a soundstage, with production creating the rain.

Still, this scene sees Maisie and Owen Grady (Chris Pratt) take quite a few tumbles, where a stunt person could have easily stepped in for the hard work. Sermon wasn't about to let that happen, though. "I'm just working with Izzy, who's earned the name 'the kid rock,' because she does all of her own stunts."

Who could blame her, though? Getting chased by dinosaurs, sliding down roofs, and saving the day is all anyone could ask for when starring in a Jurassic World movie, right? "It's quite fun," Sermon says with a smile.
