New John Wick Chapter 3 Character Posters Are Incredibly Stylish

Tick Tock, Mr Wick.

With both Speed and The Matrix on his resumé, Keanu Reeves was no stranger to acclaimed action movies when he starred in 2014's John Wick. But while that film wasn't the huge box office smash of those earlier classics, it quickly built a devoted cult audience and led to 2017's bigger budget sequel John Wick: Chapter 2. The third movie, titled John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum, is set to hit theaters in May. A new trailer is expected later this week, and ahead of that a new series of characters posters have been released.

There are ten posters in all. They are extremely stylish and show the movie's main characters. Obviously there is Wick himself, plus Winston (Ian McShane), The Bowery King (Lawrence Fishburne), and Charon (Lance Reddick), all of whom featured in the earlier movies. The other posters showcase the new characters, including Sofia (Halle Berry), the Director (Angelica Huston), Tick Tock Man (Jason Mantzoukas), and Zero (Mark Dacascos). Check them out below:

John Wick 3: Parabellum is directed by Chad Stahelski, who helmed Chapter 2 and co-directed the first movie. It releases on May 17. The first teaser was released in January.

Even though the movie is still two months away, Stahelski has already spoken about the possibility of John Wick: Chapter 4. He told Entertainment Weekly in December: "If people go see the movie, and it makes money, and they came back to us, Keanu and I have ideas for days. I could live here for the rest of my career. If people like it and want to watch more, I could think of way worse ways to spend your career. But, you know, we're in the entertainment business. We'll let the audience figure that out."

A John Wick TV spin-off named The Continental was also announced by Starz last year, but there has been no further news about the status of this project.
