With less than a week to go before the launch of Sony's next big PlayStation 4 exclusive, Horizon Zero Dawn, the company today released a new trailer for the highly anticipated action-RPG.

In the new video, developers from Guerrilla Games talk about their ambitions for Horizon Zero Dawn and how they went about creating the game world. Also discussed are things like the new strides the team made in terms of facial animation, as well as advances to the studio's engine so that there are no loading screens at all once the game is booted up. Now Playing: Horizon Zero Dawn: Building the World Trailer

Horizon Zero Dawn launches on February 28 in North America and March 1 in Europe. Reviews have already come online, and the game is receiving a lot of praise. GameSpot's review scored it a 9/10.

Last week, Sony talked about how Zero Dawn has the potential to become a new franchise for the company. Additionally, Sony believes main character Aloy, who is inspired by the Game of Thrones character Ygritte, could become a "PlayStation icon of the future."
