New Halo 20th Anniversary Mega Construx Set Honors Iconic Halo Characters

A new Halo Mega Construx set is honoring the series' 20th anniversary with a huge set of figures covering a wide array of Halo history. The toy brand shared a teaser image of the 20th Anniversary Character Pack.

The set includes 20 figures in all, including five that are cast in gold resin, and the box is emblazoned with a Halo 20th anniversary logo. Mega Construx says that the 20-character set spans iconic and fan-favorite characters. We can clearly make out some major characters like Master Chief, Cortana, and the Arbiter, but there are some more obscure picks as well. One figure even seems to be based on the "Mister Chief" meme.

The Mega Construx tweet didn't give details on price or a release date for the set, other than coming in fall 2021.

That release window puts it right alongside the planned release of Halo Infinite, which was delayed into fall 2021 and missed the launch of Xbox Series X|S last year. Some Halo Infinite cross-promotion went forward regardless, like a Monster Energy promo that gave out codes for XP boosts for use in the full game, once it launches. The Pringles brand also recently released a special flavor that supposedly tastes like an extinct bird as part of a Halo tie-in, and Microsoft has started selling t-shirts promoting the flavor.
