New Etherlords creature art

Fishtank Interactive has released a new group of images that show off some of the 3D fantasy creatures that will be featured in its upcoming 3D turn-based strategy game, Etherlords. The game combines strategic resource management with a combat system based on collectible-card games. Players will lead one of four races in an epic war for control of the world. Each race features more than 120 unique creatures that players can summon to do battle. In addition, players have access to more than 300 magic spells.

Etherlords is in beta testing at Nival Interactive, the studio that created Evil Islands and the Rage of Mages games, and it is scheduled for release this holiday season. For more information, take a look at our previous coverage of the game.
