New Dragon Ball FighterZ Trailer Introduces The Deadly Assassin, Hit
Check out the lightning-fast warrior in action.
Bandai Namco continues to show off new characters from Dragon Ball FighterZ ahead of the game's launch this month. The publisher has shared a new trailer that showcases another recently revealed fighter in action, the stoic assassin Hit.
Like Goku Black, who was recently shown off in his own trailer, Hit is a major character from the ongoing Dragon Ball Super series and is one of the most feared fighters from Universe 6. His signature ability is the Time-Skip, which allows him to jump a fraction of a second ahead in time to get the jump on an opponent. As you can see in the trailer above, his moveset in Dragon Ball FighterZ emphasizes striking and lightning-fast movements.
Hit was first revealed alongside two another Dragon Ball Super characters: the aforementioned Goku Black and the God of Destruction, Beerus. Bandai Namco featured all three of the new characters in a recent Dragon Ball FighterZ trailer, which also gave us a look at some of the game's Dramatic Scenes and the Shenron System. We also got to go hands-on with Goku Black, Hit, and Beerus at a recent preview event.
Bandai Namco is holding another beta for Dragon Ball FighterZ this weekend. The beta runs from January 14-16 and is available to all PS4 and Xbox One players, but those who pre-order Dragon Ball FighterZ digitally from the PlayStation or Xbox Stores will get to access it a day early, on January 13. The beta features 11 playable characters, including Beerus, Kid Buu, adult Gohan, and Nappa. Players will also be able to witness two Dramatic Scenes during the beta.
Dragon Ball Super releases for PS4, Xbox One, and PC on January 26. Bandai Namco recently shared Dragon Ball FighterZ's minimum and recommended specs for those who plan to pick up the PC version. Everyone who pre-orders the title will unlock two characters early: Super Saiyan Blue Goku and Super Saiyan Blue Vegeta.
