Square Enix has released a new trailer for Deus Ex: Mankind Divided called "101." The video follows protagonist Adam Jensen as he "makes sure that the events of the past won't repeat themselves."

In Mankind Divided, the tension between pure humans and augmented ones that was a key theme in Human Revolution reaches a boiling point. As a result, Jensen is "forced to operate in a world that has grown to despise his kind."

During the trailer Jensen is shown conducting an investigation and we're also given a look at his new apartment. It takes us to a few of the game's European locations, one of which is Prague, and we get to see the new augmentations he has picked up since the last game.

"Armed with a new arsenal of state-of-the-art weapons and augmentations, he must choose the right approach, along with who to trust, in order to unravel a vast worldwide conspiracy," the publisher says in a press release.

"You'll also discover both old and new acquaintances, all of which have their own agendas. Whether going rogue or by the book, choices never come without consequences. The truth is still yours to reveal."

Square Enix has also detailed various boxed and digital editions of the game that will be available. Take a look below for the information.
