Konami of Japan today announced that it would release Dance Dance Revolution: Club Version for the Sega Dreamcast. The game was previously released in separate volumes on the Sony PlayStation - the Dreamcast package will include volumes 1 and 2, which previously appeared on the PlayStation.

Dance Dance Revolution: Club Version can be played as a stand-alone game, rather than requiring you to purchase both it and the original title, as is the case with most Append Disks.

Dance Dance Revolution: Club Version for the Sega Dreamcast is scheduled for an April 27 release at a price of 5800yen (about US$53) in Japan. In the meantime, gamers can check out Dance Dance Revolution 2nd Mix on the Sega Dreamcast, making its way to stores March 17 in Japan.
