New games from BioWare and DICE, among others, are just a month away from being revealed. During last night's post-earnings call, EA Labels president Frank Gibeau said the company's next-generation plans will come into focus during the 2013 Electronic Entertainment Expo in June.

"Regarding next-generation consoles, we are under a nondisclosure agreement with our platform partners. However, we're planning a full reveal at E3, including more next-generation titles in development for fiscal '14," Gibeau said (via Seeking Alpha).

"This will include breakthroughs in graphics and gameplay for some of our biggest franchises, including Battlefield, FIFA, Madden, NBA Live and Need for Speed," he added. "We plan to unveil new titles from EA Sports, BioWare, and DICE, and a first look at some brand new games."

No further information about these titles was provided. BioWare is currently working on the next Mass Effect game, while DICE is developing an all-new Stars Wars title and possibly Battlefield: Bad Company 3.

As for EA Sports, the company took over the UFC brand last year, buying it from THQ for an undisclosed sum. Gibeau also revealed during the call that EA Sports has developed a next-generation game engine for its upcoming titles. It will be on display at E3 2013.

In addition, Respawn Entertainment is rumored to reveal its first game during E3 2013. This title is believed to be an Xbox-exclusive online-only multiplayer shooter, though no firm details have been announced thus far.

Lastly, EA CFO Blake Jorgensen talked up Battlefield 4 during the call. He said preorders for the game "look very strong," though specific figures compared to past titles were not divulged. Battlefield 4 launches this fall.
