Microsoft has announced that it will release two new retail add-ons for MechWarrior 4: Vengeance, its futuristic mech combat game, in 2002. The add-ons will be developed by Cyberlore, the studio that created the MechWarrior 4: Black Knight expansion, and each one will feature new mechs, a new electronics package, a new weapon, and a multiplayer map. One add-on will contain new content related to the Inner Sphere mechs, and the other will focus on Clan mechs.

Microsoft is accepting votes on which mechs should appear in future MechWarrior releases. The first survey is focused on Inner Sphere mechs. To vote for your favorite mech, visit the MechWarrior 4 Web site. For more information about MechWarrior 4, read our full review of the game.
