Nevrax rewards Ryzom fans
Players of the sci-fi MMORPG get a free month of play starting August 30 and ability to test upcoming expansion.
To commemorate its first full year in operation, Paris-based Nevrax is giving away one free month of play to all current players of its massively multiplayer online role-playing game, The Saga of Ryzom. Any player with an active account as of 11:59 p.m. on August 29 will have a free month added on August 30, thereby pushing back their monthly billing by 30 days.
"Ryzom's success is based purely on our loyal player base," Nevrax's founder and CEO David Cohen Corval said. "When we started talking about anniversary rewards, we wanted to do something big to reward those loyal players."
In addition to gaining a free month of play, those who are active on the sci-fi MMORPG by the deadline will be eligible to participate in the open testing of the game's expansion pack, The Ryzom Ring. Testing is scheduled to take place in November.
