While online retailers have been posting varying estimates for the game's release for some time, Infogrames has announced that Neverwinter Nights, its upcoming Dungeon & Dragon's role-playing game, will launch this summer. The game was originally going to be published by Interplay, but BioWare picked up by Infogrames.

Neverwinter Nights is set in a medieval fantasy world, and it features an innovative dungeon master system that will let players create and run their own adventures for up to 64 players per server, as well as a complete single-player campaign. Neverwinter Nights will be available in stores this summer, and the game is now available for preorder. For more information, take a look at our in-depth previews of the game.
