The red band trailer for Love Death + Robots Volume 2 has been released. The animated sci-fi anthology show returns to Netflix on May 14.

Like last month's first trailer, this new one teases the mix of dark dystopian stories and animation styles. But this is definitely not-safe-for-work, with plenty of sex, violence, and bad language throughout, plus some spectacular visuals. Check it out below:

Love Death + Robots is produced by David Fincher (Mindhunter, Zodiac, Mank) and Tim Miller (Deadpool, Terminator: Dark Fate). Volume 2 will consist of eight episodes, and while details of the stories haven't been revealed in advance, Netflix promises it will range "from wild adventures on far-flung planets to unsettling encounters close to home."

The show has already been greenlit for Season 3, which will premiere in 2022. In a recent interview with IGN, Miller stated that he hopes to continue making the show for as long as possible. "Why would we stop doing this as long as they let us continue to do it?" he said. "I love animation, and I love animators. They're just kind of a unique breed. It's a real honor to be able to bring these people the project that they never thought they would get."
