NEC has announced that it has started a new US gaming division called NEC Interchannel. The new offshoot will publish games for the GameCube, Xbox, PlayStation 2, and Game Boy Advance, and it will be headed by the former vice president of Capcom Entertainment, Clint Kurahashi. "With the wealth of video gaming experience and resources here at NEC, we hope to make an impact in the coming years," said Kurahashi.

The first game to be released under the NEC Interchannel label will be Tube Slider for the GameCube. We'll post more information as it becomes available.
