NBA Street Vol. 2 announced for all platforms

EA reveals that the next game in the NBA Street series will be available on the GameCube, Xbox, and PlayStation 2.

Electronic Arts has officially announced that NBA Street Vol. 2, the second game in the arcade-style basketball series, will be available on the Xbox, GameCube, and PlayStation 2.The game will feature 145 NBA players as well as six street legends and 25 NBA legends, including Wilt Chamberlain, Bill Walton, Dr. J, Clyde Drexler, Magic Johnson, Pistol Pete Marovich, and Dominique Wilkins. There will also be a number of new features in NBA Street Vol. 2 such as four-player multiplayer options, a new level-two gamebreaker, and the ability to be on the receiving end of an alley-oop pass. Like the original game, NBA Street Vol. 2 will feature a variety of street courts from around the country and an enhanced create-a-baller mode that lets players earn new signature moves for their created player.

NBA Street Vol. 2 is scheduled for release in spring 2003.
