NBA 2K15 Has Authentic Dance Routines

2K Sports' bid to make upcoming professional basketball game NBA 2K15 an authentic representation of the NBA experience extends beyond just the players on the court. You can also expect to see true-to-life dance routines, the developer has announced.

"Entire dance routines were mocapped from professional NBA dance teams to be implemented in NBA 2K15," the studio wrote on Instagram. "Just another authentic touch to the game this year." Check out a quick video above to see the dancers in action.

NBA 2K15 launches October 7 for Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, and PC. It's going up against EA Sports' NBA Live 15, which will also be released on October 7. For more on NBA 2K15, check out GameSpot's previous coverage.
